About Us
Neuro Connection & Co provides Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3) and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching for NDIS participants across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.
We support individuals with complex mental health, psychosocial disability, complex disability, acquired brain injury (ABI), chronic illness, and chronic pain, as well as participants experiencing service breakdowns, high risk, hospital discharge, or major life transitions.
Our approach is trauma-informed and recovery-oriented, focusing on stabilising supports, coordinating multiple services, navigating the NDIS, and reducing risk during periods of complexity or crisis.
We work closely with hospitals, mental health teams, allied health providers, and informal supports to deliver responsive, local, and participant-centred coordination.

We understand the challenges faced by NDIS participants and are committed to delivering compassionate, coordinated, and outcomes-focused support. Through a trauma-informed approach, we empower participants to navigate the NDIS, access appropriate services, and work toward meaningful recovery goals.
