Neuro Connection & Co

Neuro Connection & Co provides Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3) and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching for NDIS participants with complex and intersecting support needs across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

We work with individuals experiencing complex mental health presentations, psychosocial disability, acquired brain injury, chronic illness, chronic pain, and situations where supports have broken down or plans are under pressure. Our role is to stabilise supports, coordinate multiple services, and assist participants to navigate the NDIS during periods of transition, risk, or crisis.

Our approach is trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and participant-centred. We focus on building sustainable support systems, reducing risk, and ensuring participants are supported in ways that align with their goals, capacity, and lived experience.

We collaborate closely with hospitals, mental health services, allied health providers, and informal supports to deliver responsive, ethical, and coordinated care.
